Because we source our bags from various partners, shipping timelines may vary based on the specific item ordered:

• Standard Timeline: Orders typically ship within 3 to 10 working days.
  
  

• Working Days: Our shipping timeline refers to Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.
  
  

Tracking Your Order

We believe in keeping you updated every step of the way:

Shipping Charges 

• Shipping Cost: We are currently pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.
  
  

Reverse Pickups & Exchanges

• Eligibility: We offer reverse pickup services for eligible exchanges within India.
  
  

• Service Limitations: In some instances, a reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. If your address is in an unserviceable zone, we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk (refer to our Return Policy for shipping credit details).

Please do not accept any parcel if the packaging appears tampered with, opened, or damaged. Once a tampered package is accepted, we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged contents.
